Job Summary
To drive brand loyalty and community engagement, the full-time Head of Community Management will develop and oversee community management strategies, lead a team of community managers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a 100% remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own the community management strategy across all digital platforms
- Set guidelines and standards for community interactions and lead a team of community managers
- Track community health metrics and collaborate with product, customer success, and marketing teams
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in community management or social media strategy
- Proven ability to build and scale engaged online communities
- Strong understanding of community platforms such as Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups, or Slack
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing community teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a deep understanding of online community dynamics
