Head of Community Management

Job Summary

To build and lead a community management strategy, the full-time Head of Community Management will develop guidelines, manage a team, and drive brand loyalty through authentic engagement with online communities in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the community management strategy across all digital platforms
• Lead a team of community managers, providing direction and performance feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surface community insights and track engagement metrics

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in community management or social media strategy
• Proven ability to build and scale engaged online communities
• Strong understanding of community platforms such as Discord, Reddit, and Facebook Groups
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing community teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a deep understanding of online community dynamics
