Head of Community Management

Job Summary

To build and lead a community management strategy, the full-time Head of Community Management will develop engagement initiatives, set interaction guidelines, and manage a team, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the community management strategy across all digital platforms
• Lead a team of community managers, providing direction and performance feedback
• Track community health metrics including engagement rates and growth trends

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in community management or social media strategy
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale engaged online communities
• Strong understanding of community platforms such as Discord, Reddit, or Facebook Groups
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing community teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a deep understanding of online community dynamics
