Head of Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Compliance to lead its compliance function in the web3 industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company's compliance strategy and develop a scalable, risk-based compliance program
• Shape regulatory positioning and engage with regulators, monitoring key developments in the digital asset space
• Oversee compliance across core products, including AML/BSA, KYC/KYB, and blockchain analytics

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of compliance experience in digital assets, fintech, or financial services
• Deep knowledge of the US digital asset regulatory landscape, including SEC and CFTC frameworks
• Experience with regulatory examinations and building compliance programs in high-growth environments
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and on-chain transaction monitoring tools
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence across the business
