Head of Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Compliance - US/CAN.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the compliance roadmap and serve as the BSA/AML Compliance Officer
• Ensure compliance with US financial regulations and manage licensing requirements across North America
• Lead internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and manage relationships with banking partners

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in compliance, particularly in payments, fintech, or banking
• Proven experience with regulated financial institutions or payment providers
• Deep knowledge of AML/BSA regulations and other relevant regulatory frameworks
• Hands-on experience managing bank partnerships and compliance requirements
• Strong grasp of payments infrastructure and compliance tooling
