Job Summary

Leading compliance initiatives, the full-time Head of Compliance will develop and implement policies, ensure regulatory adherence, and manage risk assessments in a 100% remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance training and awareness across the organization

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in compliance management or a related field
• Strong understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards
• Experience with compliance audits and risk management frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) are a plus
