Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Compliance & Quality.

Key Responsibilities

Own compliance across all CCM workflows, ensuring alignment with CMS requirements
Develop and maintain compliance policies, translating them into actionable workflows
Establish compliance KPIs and monitoring dashboards to identify risks and drive corrective actions

Required Qualifications

7-12+ years in healthcare compliance, clinical operations, or care management
Direct experience with CCM, RPM, or Medicare programs
Strong understanding of documentation, billing, and audit requirements
Proven ability to build processes in a fast-moving environment
Experience in tech-enabled healthcare services
