Job Summary
Driving the end-to-end consumer growth engine, the full-time Head of Consumer Growth Marketing will manage profitable acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value strategies in a hybrid/remote environment, with a preference for regular in-person presence in Madison, WI.
Key responsibilities
- Own and scale the full funnel consumer growth strategy, focusing on awareness, acquisition, and retention
- Lead AI-driven marketing strategies, enhancing personalization and optimizing customer journeys
- Oversee performance marketing and channel optimization to improve efficiency and drive revenue outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of experience in consumer growth, lifecycle marketing, or performance marketing leadership roles
- Proven track record in managing full funnel consumer growth with accountability for key metrics
- Experience designing and implementing AI-driven growth strategies and marketing attribution
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and influence senior leaders in a complex organization
