Head of Content

Job Summary

To lead a dynamic content operation, the fully remote Head of Content will own the editorial quality across three daily newsletters and social channels, build and manage a team of writers and editors, and scale the media ecosystem into a multi-format portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Own editorial quality across all properties by reviewing and editing daily newsletters and providing coaching to writers
• Enforce brand voice consistency across all content formats, including social posts and newsletters
• Build and lead the content team by recruiting top editorial talent and developing team members through feedback and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a senior editor or managing editor at a publication or media brand
• Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation and editing
• Strong understanding and passion for AI as a topic
• Ability to write in various voices and maintain consistency across a team
• Experience in designing new content formats and managing editorial operations
