Head of Content Process

Job Summary

Leading the transformation of content operations, the full-time Head of Content Process will design and implement a scalable, technology-enabled paper processing model while managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable end-to-end paper processing model to support growth
• Redesign submission and processing workflows, ensuring efficiency and integrity
• Establish governance and quality control processes to mitigate research integrity risks

Required qualifications

• Experience in designing and leading complex operational workflows in content or publishing environments
• Proven ability to utilize data and analytics for operational decision-making
• Experience managing vendors and external partners
• Strong change leadership skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement
• Understanding of research integrity and quality assurance frameworks is preferred
