Job Summary

Leading the Content Quality Operations department, the full-time Head of Content Quality Operations will ensure the availability, quality, and safety of content across the platform while driving operational excellence and supporting business growth in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams focused on Content Sufficiency, Profile Moderation, Client Protection, and Quality Compliance
• Drive continuous improvements in content quality and moderation accuracy while monitoring departmental KPIs
• Optimize processes and increase automation to enhance operational efficiency and align with company objectives

• Proven experience in content quality management or a related field
