Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Contingent Workforce Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic transformation of global contingent staffing by consolidating the labor supply base
• Drive operational excellence through contract negotiations, KPI tracking, and implementation of MSP portfolio offerings
• Partner cross-functionally with various teams to ensure cohesive product development and champion supplier diversity initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations with a focus on process improvement
• Strong knowledge of procurement technologies and business intelligence tools
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and influence at senior leadership levels
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Finance; industry certifications are a plus
