Head of Contract Manufacturing Procurement
Job Summary
Reporting to the Sr. Director of NA Procurement, the full-time remote Head of Contract Manufacturing Procurement will manage all facets of procurement with contract manufacturers across North America, focusing on creating competitive advantages through effective sourcing strategies and supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and operational efficiencies
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply of high-quality products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing goals and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Technical, or Business-related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Sourcing/Procurement
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a procurement and/or manufacturing environment with Contract Manufacturers
- Proven track record in driving cost savings and improving operational efficiencies
- Strong negotiation skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
