Head of Core US Product

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Product, US Core.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the P&L across the core product portfolio, driving strategy, pricing, and packaging decisions
• Transform the user relationship from a single-product transaction to a multi-product financial brand
• Drive top-line growth through product innovation and articulate a coherent product vision

Required Qualifications

• Experience building and shipping consumer products at scale, preferably in fintech or lending
• Experience operating in high-growth environments and making decisions with limited information
• Current Director level or equivalent, with experience managing other PMs
• Ability to author and defend product strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Data-driven approach with hands-on experience in product management
