Head of Core US Product

Job Summary

Leading the core product portfolio, the full-time Head of Core US Product will manage strategy, pricing, and product narrative for a $400M+ revenue engine, transforming the company from a single-product to a multi-product financial brand in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the P&L across Tilt's core product portfolio, driving strategy, pricing, and packaging decisions
• Transform user relationships from transactional to multi-product, enhancing brand loyalty
• Drive top-line growth through product innovation and articulate a coherent product vision

Required qualifications

• Experience building and shipping consumer products at scale, preferably in fintech or lending
• Proven ability to operate in high-growth environments and make strategic decisions with limited information
• Current Director level or higher, with experience managing product managers
• Strong understanding of business metrics such as revenue, profit, and retention
• Ability to author and defend a product strategy while rallying cross-functional teams
