Head of Corporate Development

Job Summary

Leading the company's inorganic growth strategy, the full-time remote Head of Corporate Development will manage high-impact strategic transactions, including acquisitions, while collaborating with executive leadership to evaluate and execute opportunities that drive long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PlayOn's inorganic growth strategy in partnership with the CEO, CFO, and President of Growth Strategy
• Lead end-to-end execution of acquisitions, including valuation analyses, negotiation, and cross-functional due diligence
• Advise executive leadership on capital allocation and the strategic role of M&A in enhancing shareholder value

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, or private equity, with a strong track record in complex transactions
• Experience in corporate development within the consumer technology sector is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead acquisitions from strategy through to closing
• Deep understanding of transaction structuring, valuation methodologies, and corporate finance principles
• Proven experience in preparing and presenting recommendations to executive leadership and Boards of Directors
