Job Summary

Leading a high-performing content and course operations organization, the full-time Head of Course Development & Operations will oversee the lifecycle of online courses, manage cross-functional teams, and drive innovation through technology and AI in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams in writing, course development, quality assurance, and digital media production
• Define and execute a modern learning content strategy while ensuring instructional quality and compliance standards
• Implement and optimize course authoring technologies and champion the use of AI tools for content generation and workflow automation

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or training operations
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional L&D teams
• Strong technical expertise with modern course authoring and learning technologies
• Proven experience managing digital course production at scale
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in a related field
