Job Summary

Leading the creative production for paid social and native advertising, the full-time Head of Creative Production will manage an in-house team and oversee all aspects of production from creative brief to launched ad in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end production for paid social and native creative across multiple verticals
  • Hire, develop, and retain a team of senior Editor/Designers and post-production staff
  • Source and manage a flexible roster of Producers, Shooters, and Crew across the US
Required qualifications:
  • 8+ years in direct-response or paid social creative production, with at least 3 years managing a production team
  • Experience hiring and developing generalist Editor/Designers or comparable production hires
  • Strong on-set craft with the ability to run shoots and manage budgets
  • Production fluency across multiple content modes, including remote UGC and AI-assisted content
  • Demonstrated speed and volume in performance marketing environments
