Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Creator Support to manage and enhance the creator support organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end creator support function, including team management and process optimization
- Design and improve support workflows while remaining hands-on with complex tickets and escalations
- Optimize the Zendesk ecosystem and implement an AI-first approach to enhance support efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 4-7+ years of experience in customer support or creator support roles with increasing responsibility
- Experience shaping support organization components such as workflows, tooling, and metrics
- Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in support operations
- Strong experience with Zendesk, including automations and help center workflows
- Metrics-driven mindset with the ability to define and improve key support metrics
