Job Summary

Leading the development of a comprehensive CRM strategy, the full-time Head of CRM Marketing will own the North American direct business lifecycle, managing customer communications and lifecycle programs while leveraging Klaviyo to enhance retention and growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and implement the North America CRM strategy, defining customer communication at each stage of the journey
  • Oversee the architecture and maintenance of Klaviyo email flows, ensuring effective audience segmentation and deliverability management
  • Develop and execute strategies for email list growth and acquisition, including site-based sign-up flows and partnerships at events
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in DTC e-commerce lifecycle marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior role
  • Expert-level proficiency in Klaviyo, including complex flow architecture and advanced segmentation
  • Proven track record of improving email list size and increasing customer lifetime value with measurable results
  • Strong data fluency and experience in managing DTC channel budgets and vendor relationships
  • Excellent written communication skills for both marketing copy and internal reporting
