Head of Crypto Business Growth

Job Summary

To build and scale the crypto business line, the full-time Head of Crypto Business Growth will own the P&L, drive revenue and profitability, and establish strategic partnerships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage P&L for the crypto vertical, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management
• Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with various stakeholders in the crypto ecosystem
• Lead the hiring and development of a business team, setting clear responsibilities and KPIs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fintech, crypto, payments, or banking with a focus on business development
• Proven track record of delivering on P&L targets related to revenue, profit, and margin
• Hands-on experience in launching and scaling crypto payments, wallets, or trading solutions
• Strong understanding of unit economics, pricing strategies, and portfolio prioritization
• Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as KYC, AML, and MiCA
