Job Summary
Leading the integration of media operations and data strategy, the full-time Head of Curation Operations will manage programmatic execution, oversee ad operations, and optimize supply paths while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the full Ad Ops engine, including activation, pacing, performance, and quality assurance
- Connect supply, demand, and strategy across SSPs, DSPs, and brand teams to ensure effective campaign outcomes
- Build scalable processes and workflows to enhance team efficiency and campaign performance
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in programmatic advertising or media operations
- 5+ years in a management or team lead role
- Hands-on experience with major DSPs such as TTD or DV360
- Deep understanding of supply path optimization and inventory quality practices
- Experience with activating cookieless or people-based audience strategies
