  • Engage, retain, and grow individual and self-serve customers at scale
  • Build and execute strategies to engage, retain, and grow mid-market and enterprise customers

Required Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years of experience leading distributed customer teams
  • Deep experience with B2B SaaS and end-user technology spaces
  • Customer-centric mindset and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Ability to take ownership and act with 100% responsibility
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
