Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Customer Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, lead, and scale a global team of Solutions Engineers and Technical Account Managers
  • Oversee and optimize the Proof of Value (POV) process for prospective customers
  • Manage post-sales technical relationships and guide customers through implementation
Required Qualifications
  • Deep expertise in Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native infrastructure
  • Experience in managing both pre-sales and post-sales functions
  • Leadership experience in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment
  • Ability to define strategy while being hands-on with technical details
  • Experience with open-source commercialization or developer tooling products is a plus
