Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Customer Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and scale a global team of Solutions Engineers and Technical Account Managers
- Oversee and optimize the Proof of Value (POV) process for prospective customers
- Manage post-sales technical relationships and guide customers through implementation
Required Qualifications
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native infrastructure
- Experience in managing both pre-sales and post-sales functions
- Leadership experience in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment
- Ability to define strategy while being hands-on with technical details
- Experience with open-source commercialization or developer tooling products is a plus
