Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Customer Success and Technical Support organizations, including managing teams

- Act as the executive voice of the customer, providing insights to Product and Engineering teams
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in leading Customer Success or Technical Support teams in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Experience managing technical customer-facing roles such as Technical Support Engineers or Customer Success Managers
- Proven ability to build or transform post-sales operating models for enterprise customers
- Strong metrics-driven approach to assess customer health and team performance
- Familiarity with AI applications to enhance customer experience and team productivity
