Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Customer Success and Technical Support organizations, including managing teams
  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies for enterprise growth
  • Act as the executive voice of the customer, providing insights to Product and Engineering teams
Required Qualifications
  • Significant experience in leading Customer Success or Technical Support teams in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience managing technical customer-facing roles such as Technical Support Engineers or Customer Success Managers
  • Proven ability to build or transform post-sales operating models for enterprise customers
  • Strong metrics-driven approach to assess customer health and team performance
  • Familiarity with AI applications to enhance customer experience and team productivity
