Job Summary
Leading the design and execution of educator experience strategies, the full-time Head of Customer Experience will manage the Activation & Utilization, Customer & Implementation, Customer Support, and Community Engagement teams in a hybrid or remote setting, ensuring seamless integration of BrainPOP's resources into classrooms to enhance educator confidence and engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Design and improve the end-to-end educator journey to drive adoption and classroom success
- Build scalable systems for educator enablement and translate content into effective classroom instruction
- Develop and grow an engaged educator community that fosters advocacy and peer-led growth
Required qualifications
- Significant K-12 EdTech industry experience is required
- 10-15+ years of experience in customer experience, customer marketing, or community strategy
- Proven success in designing strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and retention
- Strong understanding of educator workflows and classroom dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to build and grow educator communities at scale
