Job Summary

Leading the strategy for customer growth, the full-time remote Head of Customer Growth will manage net revenue retention, expansion revenue, and overall customer health while building a high-performing organization focused on driving long-term customer value.

Key responsibilities
  • Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR), renewals, and customer growth performance, executing Pebl's customer growth strategy
  • Lead the Account Management organization to ensure long-term customer success and proactive risk management
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing team while establishing scalable operating models and performance frameworks
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer growth, account management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of revenue retention strategies and customer relationship management
  • Experience in leading teams and driving organizational performance
  • Ability to collaborate across departments to influence business outcomes
  • Expertise in product adoption and customer value realization
