Job Summary
Leading the strategy for customer growth, the full-time remote Head of Customer Growth will manage net revenue retention, expansion revenue, and overall customer health while building a high-performing organization focused on driving long-term customer value.
Key responsibilities
- Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR), renewals, and customer growth performance, executing Pebl's customer growth strategy
- Lead the Account Management organization to ensure long-term customer success and proactive risk management
- Recruit and develop a high-performing team while establishing scalable operating models and performance frameworks
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in customer growth, account management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of revenue retention strategies and customer relationship management
- Experience in leading teams and driving organizational performance
- Ability to collaborate across departments to influence business outcomes
- Expertise in product adoption and customer value realization
