Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Customer Marketing, this full-time remote position will manage customer advocacy and adoption programs, shape brand messaging, and influence customer health and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the customer storytelling program to build a pipeline of customers sharing their success stories
- Establish an executive advisory board to foster trust and advocacy among key customer decision-makers
- Oversee peer review programs to maintain leader status on platforms like G2 and TrustRadius
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of related experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- 7+ years of customer advocacy experience with team management
- Experience working directly with a developer or software engineering audience
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable operational frameworks and lead cross-functional programs
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM and customer lifecycle tools
