Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality story assets tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with product managers to improve internal processes affecting client deliverables

Required Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years experience in customer success, revenue operations, or customer operations
  • Strong understanding of customer success and sales metrics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data and analytics
  • Management experience is a plus
  • Experience with ClickUp and Hubspot is a plus
