Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality story assets tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with product managers to improve internal processes affecting client deliverables
Required Qualifications:
- 5-8 years experience in customer success, revenue operations, or customer operations
- Strong understanding of customer success and sales metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data and analytics
- Management experience is a plus
- Experience with ClickUp and Hubspot is a plus
