Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading a Customer Success team with a focus on strategic planning and operational execution
- Strong track record of increasing Net Retention Revenue (NRR)
- Knowledge in defining strategy and scaling execution in customer success focal areas
- Experience in establishing and overseeing customer satisfaction programs
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
