Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of experience in customer success, solutions engineering, or technical operations
  • Deep familiarity with freight, transportation, logistics, or supply chain systems
  • Strong technical aptitude with APIs, SQL, and debugging distributed systems
  • Experience supporting B2B platforms with uptime, reliability, and SLA expectations
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable owning issues end-to-end
