Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in customer success, solutions engineering, or technical operations
- Deep familiarity with freight, transportation, logistics, or supply chain systems
- Strong technical aptitude with APIs, SQL, and debugging distributed systems
- Experience supporting B2B platforms with uptime, reliability, and SLA expectations
- Calm under pressure and comfortable owning issues end-to-end
