Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Customer Success to lead their Customer Success team and drive long-term customer value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Customer Success outcomes by managing customer health and value across accounts
  • Lead and support a team of Customer Success Managers through mentorship and development
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide strategic input on customer success programs
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or a similar customer-facing role
  • Experience managing and growing customer relationships, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring or managing team members
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset with a focus on customer goals and strategies
  • Experience working on data management projects, such as data warehousing or analytics
