Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Customer Success (Remote - Work from Anywhere).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage and coach the Customer Success team, fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence
- Optimize systems and processes for effective customer support while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience managing client-facing teams in a financial services environment
- Proven track record of managing a P&L or revenue target
- Deep understanding of client onboarding processes and regulatory requirements (KYC/AML)
- Experience driving operational change and process adoption
- Previous experience in crypto or strong personal interest and knowledge is beneficial
