Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Manage and coach the Customer Success team, fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence
  • Optimize systems and processes for effective customer support while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience managing client-facing teams in a financial services environment
  • Proven track record of managing a P&L or revenue target
  • Deep understanding of client onboarding processes and regulatory requirements (KYC/AML)
  • Experience driving operational change and process adoption
  • Previous experience in crypto or strong personal interest and knowledge is beneficial
