Job Summary
Leading a global team of Customer Success Managers, the fully remote Head of Customer Success will manage, coach, and develop the team while owning customer escalations and operationalizing strategic changes effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 10-15 Customer Success Managers, serving as a trusted leader
- Own customer escalations end to end and be a senior presence on customer calls as needed
- Operationalize changes from Customer Success leadership to ensure effective implementation within the team
Required qualifications
- Background as an enterprise Customer Success Manager with experience in the role
- At least 2 to 3 years of people management experience in Customer Success
- Demonstrated accountability for people and customer issues, managing them end to end
- Highly operational working style with attention to detail
- Proven track record of executing change effectively within a team
