Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Data to lead its data science and engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine machine learning models to identify high-risk members for musculoskeletal interventions
• Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Serve as a technical expert in client engagements, translating complex data concepts for non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in data science or machine learning engineering
• 2+ years of experience managing technical teams
• Expertise in healthcare data, particularly medical and pharmacy claims data
• Proficiency in Python and modern data science tools
• Experience building and maintaining production data pipelines
