Head of Data

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Data to lead and evolve their data team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own all data-related initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate insights for stakeholders
• Oversee core data science work, including product experiments and customer journey analysis
• Manage the quality and performance of the data platform, ensuring reliable data processing and governance

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or data engineering, with proven leadership in multidisciplinary teams
• Hands-on experience in data architecture, statistical modeling (Python preferred), and A/B testing
• Strong understanding of business priorities and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments, preferably in consumer subscription or streaming services
• Familiarity with Machine Learning and Deep Learning is a strong plus
