Required Qualifications

• Experience leading a data team of approximately 10-20 people in a hands-on capacity
• Proven track record of driving product or business impact through data
• Ability to think in terms of product outcomes rather than just analysis
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating structure as needed
• Insight on how AI will change data work
