Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Head of Data to lead its enterprise data organization through modernization and integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise data strategy, governance, and risk management
• Execute a multi-year modernization plan for data architecture and analytics
• Lead organizational efforts to improve decision velocity and revenue generation through data

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive data leadership experience, including 5+ years at the VP/SVP level
• Strong foundational experience in database architecture and data engineering
• Proven track record in guiding teams toward high-integrity data environments
• Experience with AI/ML initiatives and scalable data infrastructure
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
