Head of Data

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Head of Data will collaborate with the CEO to shape data-driven strategies, build robust data systems, and lead a high-leverage team focused on optimizing workflows and enhancing product decisions using AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the company's strategy by identifying growth features and optimizing systems in collaboration with the CFO
• Build and maintain a reliable data infrastructure to inform product roadmaps and measure success
• Lead high-leverage investigations and audits while mentoring data scientists to foster a strong team culture

Required qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of experience in data leadership roles at high-growth consumer companies
• Proficiency in architecting data pipelines, experimentation infrastructure, and metrics dashboards
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in data-driven decision-making
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely
• Experience in building and leading effective teams while maintaining a hands-on approach
