Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Data & AI Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy and architecture
• Balance data capabilities for customer-facing products and internal analytics needs
• Build and lead a high-performing data and AI team while fostering a data-informed culture

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, and AI, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role
• Deep hands-on experience building and scaling data platforms in a cloud environment
• Strong understanding of modern data stack tooling and AI/ML landscape
• Proven ability to develop and execute data strategies with measurable results
• Experience with LLMs and AI agents in production systems
