Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company-wide data infrastructure strategy
• Lead and grow teams of data scientists and analysts to deliver actionable insights and develop an analytics roadmap
• Oversee data engineering operations and maintain the internal analytics infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams
• Expertise in SaaS business models and data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Airflow)
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that inform strategy and priorities
• Strong engineering mindset with experience in systems architecture and automation
• Experience in establishing unified data definitions and governance processes
