Head of Data Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Head of Data Engineering will manage the development of scalable data products that drive strategic decisions across the organization while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and scaling of foundational analytical data products
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define data strategies and improve data quality and reliability
• Shape technical strategy and data architecture to enable analytics, reporting, and machine learning initiatives

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in building and scaling data teams with a focus on data strategy and architecture
• 10+ years of experience leading data engineering teams and managing managers across multiple locations
• Demonstrated experience delivering data and analytics solutions for product teams
• Strong product sense with an understanding of how to leverage data for organizational value
• A graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field
