Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Data Product and Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into data platform capabilities to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
• Define product vision, prioritize roadmaps, and partner with executives across various departments
• Lead the transformation of the data platform to enhance product-led growth and enterprise-level analytics

Required Qualifications

• Over 3 years in SaaS and more than 5 years in product management with a focus on subscription models
• Experience managing and developing engineering leaders for over 3 years
• 8+ years in leadership roles, including experience managing teams of 30-40+ people
• Proven experience in delivering impactful data products and operationalizing self-service analytics
• Skilled in modern data architecture and applying ML/AI solutions
