Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in data science, applied statistics, or machine learning
• Proven success in leading and mentoring analytics teams
• Advanced skills in statistical modeling and AI/ML techniques
• Hands-on experience deploying models in a modern data science stack
• Preferred: PhD in a quantitative field with 5+ years in homeowners insurance
