Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Data Science to define and scale the data function while leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor a data science team across analytics, experimentation, and statistical modeling
• Drive impactful individual contributor work, including ad hoc analysis and ML-based modeling projects
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the long-term data strategy

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science, with 4+ years in a leadership role
• Strong foundation in statistics, causal inference, experimentation, and modeling techniques
• Fluency in SQL and Python; experience with modern data stacks
• Proven ability to influence executive-level decisions through analytical storytelling
• Experience in scaling data functions in fast-paced, product-led environments
