Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Decision Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy agent-assisted intelligence systems for proactive analysis and recommendations
• Co-evolve the data stack with the Tech/Engineering team to ensure reliability and readiness for autonomous agents
• Act as the primary data partner to leadership, providing insights for long-term strategy and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in data/analytics roles, with 2+ years in leadership at high-growth tech companies
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience building autonomous data systems that balance automation and human judgment
• Deep understanding of usage-based SaaS metrics and revenue models
• Proven ability to lead teams while actively engaging in coding and infrastructure development
