Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of DeFi to lead the strategy and execution of decentralized finance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the DeFi growth strategy for the Monad network, focusing on various financial products and measuring success through TVL and fees
• Execute end-to-end asset and protocol onboarding, coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Advise DeFi builders on protocol mechanics and market positioning, while activating a network of influential contacts to drive liquidity

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in driving growth in TVL, liquidity, or protocol adoption within the DeFi space
• Strong understanding of asset quality and risk assessment in decentralized finance
• Established network among influential figures in the DeFi and crypto sectors
• Ability to communicate complex DeFi concepts to institutional executives effectively
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing a high-output team
