Head of DeFi Distribution

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Distribution, DeFi.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for onboarding and expanding utility of Institutional Real-World Assets (RWAs) in DeFi
• Act as a liaison with liquidity providers and distribution paths to facilitate onboarding of TradFi issuers
• Collaborate with the CLL ecosystem to build the Institutional DeFi marketplace

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in institutional finance or business development
• Experience with liquidity sources in web3 and understanding of TradFi and DeFi markets
• Demonstrated knowledge of DeFi protocols and blockchain technology
• 2+ years of experience working in web3 environments or with decentralized applications
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for market development strategies
