Key Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery across all active projects, ensuring timelines, risks, and progress are monitored
• Hold project managers accountable to their defined processes and conduct regular check-ins
• Ensure client satisfaction through structured updates and direct communication when necessary

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience managing software delivery in a services or agency environment
• Experience managing multiple projects and overseeing project managers or team leads
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, particularly Agile methodologies
• Experience in fast-paced, multi-client environments
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote setup
