Key responsibilities
  • Own and optimize the entire demand generation funnel, measuring conversion rates and addressing leaks
  • Lead content and SEO strategies, directing team members on content creation and keyword optimization
  • Develop outbound sequences and account intelligence packages to support sales efforts targeting high-fit accounts
Required qualifications
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years in a demand generation leadership role
  • Proven ability to build an inbound demand generation engine from a small team and modest budget
  • Experience managing content and SEO functions directly, with a track record of teaching and guiding teams
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar platforms for funnel tracking and marketing operations
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with full-cycle sales teams to design outbound strategies
